WHAT IS RSS?
To help our members, and other users of the website, locate recent site changes we have added an RSS feed. RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication', it allows the subscriber to identify the latest news they want without having to search a website or browse other information of no interest.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
To subscribe you will need generally a program called a news reader, however there are alternative methods, some of which are described below:-

A vast number of news readers are available for purchase or download online. Some freeware open source news readers include Feedreader and RSS Bandit.

If you are browsing this website with Firefox you can add the RSS feed to Firefox itself by clicking the small orange feed button. This button will be at the end of the address bar if you are using Firefox 1.5 onwards, otherwise it will be on the bottom right of the status bar. The feed will take the form of a self-updating bookmark, which will have a folder icon if in the Bookmarks folder or an orange feed icon if in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder.

Finally, if you use a personalized homepage service such as those provided by Yahoo! and Google you can copy the feed URL and add it as a custom news feed to display it there.
