I use an 8.5" Newtonian reflector, which I don't have time to polar align and so I've been shooting unguided video streams of the moon of one to two seconds duration.

I then wanted to process my video streams. I tried using the wizard, but was not impressed with the results. Nor have I been with other software. I guess that it is very demanding to expect software to perform such an operation on a lunar image that is rapidly moving across the field of view!

So I've been processing my lunar images manually and getting really great results. Please view the webcam astrophotography gallery in this website. It took me a long time to sort this out.
