Faulks Telescope Project June 2006 Robin Hughes, Brian Thomas and Robin Waddling showed members how target objects could be selected for our June observation schedule. As before we are considering objects that have not already been added to the Faulkes archive and for which only poor images are available on the internet.
NASA Stereo Mission - Brian Thomas Brain described this pair of satellites that are about to be launched. They will enable us to gain a three dimensional picture of coronal mass ejections and enable scientists to explore interactions between the Sun and the Earth.
